Incredible Climate Criminals Keeps on staffing my mailbox with paper garbage despite no advertisement and anonymous mails I have to trash 1-2KG of these per month Only that Post can earn some cents from it Imagine how much water paper and electricity are wasted on it Also all the CO2 it generates I have complained numerous times including on social media Their employees feel entitled and empowered Sometimes they even dare to post ignorant and rude responses including threats back to me that they will ban me They love to refer back to consumer protection saying that it s allowed by them No responsibility as if we live at a place with endless resources Can you imagine Really THE Worst I took it on form now on to write an Email to Konsumentenschutz and other organizations about the cause may be one day they hear and finally act on this So backwards

Don t rely on Swiss post For five years Swiss post have failed to deliver vaulable mail such as invoices tax returns and official documents They are very good at deliver commercial papers with our name on it We have been speaking to cust care at Swiss post but the don t seem to understand what they are there for If it is a system problem or a person in the process that destroys the Swiss post reputation I don t know

Contents stolen refused to pay out insurance

As an American tourist I sent some items home to myself from Bern All items were stolen from inside the box and it was badly mangled and warped The worst part is after a short investigation Swiss Post decided that they will not pay out any insurance because my packaging was inadequate However I bought the box from the Bern Swiss Post office box number 4 sold in all Swiss Post offices and they even helped me pack and tape it The customer service following up my claim was far below anything I have experienced sending packages It actually seems like third world country level postal service AVOID

Unreliable

Their drivers don t often bother or care about packages They have frequently unreliable service and as with everything in Switzerland - it s expensive and not worth the price even if it did work

Useless

post ch do you realize how bad your service is Actually this is my second review in 1 year nothing but nothing improves Next january tariffs will increase again well The 12 5 kg parcels dog food i m delivered from Z rich are completely damaged the parcel is left outside even if you are at home Your reputation is worse then ever

I m so frustrated with Swiss post They might have the worst delivery service Forget about same day delivery It s already the 100th time that they failed to deliver my Amazon packages in a timely manner DHL on the other hand always delivers them on time and are fully reliable I m always disappointed when Amazon ships my packages express with Swiss post My recommendation to Swiss post please kindly screen select your personnel more carefully It s giving you really bad reputation

The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional with a rude and condescending attitude I am not a native swiss but have lived here for many years This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened i would strongly recommend a review of the training your counter staff receive to better suit the general and diverse community they serve

downright awful

since COVID without any valid reason the Swiss Post became just so goddamn awful make ordering feels like a 3rd world country and probably even slower sometime hike in prices check outrageous delays in deliveries for no reasons whatsoever check for example when i am in holidays in Spain delivery are made next day and that s from one side to the other of the country it s so hilarious that even DPD or Planzer 5 days delay are shorter although it s downright their fault as even setting up an account with them and writting down a safe delivery spot is not registered and you have to go through the process every single time but for the post ch well they have addresse register which make any delays innexcusable
