I use to be in the postcode lottery and
I use to be in the postcode lottery and was for quite a few years and often use to win the occasional 10 but living out in the sticks very really win and now as it s 12 you still only win 10 But we thought we would give it one more go

Very poor at responding to emails and website contact us quires
I won an eGift card for Morrison s supermarket When I tried to use this it came up as Invalid I both emailed and messaged them via the website regarding this Then after over a week I received a response from someone called Abbi who referred to the winning eGift card as a 10 M S Gift Card They are very quick at taking our money but not very good at all in responding to issues when they arise Update as of the 6th of October - still waiting for a reply to the last email sent in over a week ago we should not have to telephone and speak to people we should be able to communicate in black white

Website dated poorly-designed doesn t work Too much paper
Website is dated poorly-designed doesn t work properly Feels like it s about 15 years behind Still cannot log in after more than a week despite having an active account Also paper-based for some reason with them sending me paper letters and booklets Can only do a monthly subscription Cancelled immediately after all these issues and will go back to National Lottery

Well I only joined a week ago and not in a draw for another month or more so asking for a review so soon is irrelevant and smacks of a bit of desperation Less spam and a positive win may well push up rating which is so far neutral Maybe try for a review for new customers after 3 months Your reply no that s not what you are doing you are asking me to rate the business before I am even entered into a draw I am saying it is ridiculous to be asking for a rating straight after I join and I will not mislead other potential customers I have downgraded you to a two for your condescending comment

phoned and cancelled mine been playing
phoned and cancelled mine been playing it for many years never won anything i spoke to them lots of times to see if they could make the draws better and on lots of times i got told the draws are changing they never did they could do so much better but they don t care all you get is so much goes to charity people are really struggling at the moment the draws could be done better so people have a chance of winning something you can t do nothing with 12 pounds silly prize money

Not that happy with paying for a full month but only being entered into a weeks worth of draws If I d realised I would have started at the beginning of the month to get a full first month

Unhelpful quick start
I signed up with PayPal as it said it was a quick set up However the site then told me I needed to ring to provide bank details anyway for payment of any winnings why not pay back via Paypal I ve now tried several times and have just been hanging on the phone listening to an awful quality version of who s that knocking on the door on an endless loop Not an easy set up nor a great start Wish I d just set up a direct debit to start with I still haven t been able to speak to anyone I ve now set up my online Lottery account which still doesn t let you add bank details Nor does it seem to easily show winnings I m not sure if I get sent an email notification of all winnings or if I have to check every single game myself it isn t very clear Also as it was a prepayment Paypal took the money from my bank which showed as pending initially then completely disappeared for several days before final debiting off my balance which is annoying Apparently they take the next payment early too so I ll be debited twice in 2 weeks- be aware of this at set up
