Horrible service I ordered a painting on 5th of February It should be delivered until 12th Not a sign from it still And no one can tell me what is going on On the tracking link I only see the painting is stuck for a week at a place 8 minutes from my home Why - No one can answer The stupid AI bot do not even make difference between the letters J and G when you try to spell the number Totally disappointed I won t order anymore from you

Poor quality of the print so I returned everything Looks shiny and cheap like I printed it at home However easy to return but still await the refund

I made a mistake when I ordered an item they cancelled the order and refunded the money very fastThey delivered fast and I was kept informed of the progress of my order Item came in a secure package I do not give 5 stars because one of my prints had slighted more margin to the left than to the right

The best way to truly rate a company is when something goes wrong and how they handle it My poster was damaged in the post I contacted Posterlounge and within a couple of days they credited me for the full amount and said I could keep the poster rather than mess around returning it I guess they could have packed it better and the delivery company could have handled the poster better I have have now order a couple move posters from them and hope this time they arrive safely
