I was about to ask place a large order

I was about to ask place a large order until I read these reviews I will not trust this company after emailing customer service with a query and receiving no reply Thank you all for the heads up

I ordered from here and the returns process and customer service is awful if you have any problems be aware you will need to wait 5 6 days for a response I returned by item and they have ignored me and wont issue a refund

Avoid at all costs Thanks for reply for but why did it take a negative review for any action when gave so many chances to customer service Would still avoid Not poster paper as you d think from a poster company for regular printer paper easy rip Size doesn t fit frame to match Straight in the bin Just stop If I could attach the multiple requests and fob off responses I would I m not spending any more time on this I ve already spent hours Clearly you are a dishonest company

AVOID

Bought 3 oak frames they arrived and look and feel very cheap with plastic inserts instead of glass You have to go through a maze of instructions to place a return request it took over 4 days for someone to respond and another few days after that for a seond response Then for the return they expect you to ship it back to where their warehouses are based which is a standard 9 90 This is appalling service when it is their product is not up to scratch and advetised incorrectly Just don t waste your time

Worst Customer Service

I have never experienced worse customer service I ordered a frame that I assumed was in inches since it didn t clearly state otherwise but it ended up being in centimetres I emailed to return it and I was offered 5 which is absolutely ridiculous Then I received a letter in the mail saying that I have to pay duties So I emailed customer service again and they gave me no options I paid 50 20 duties for a frame and all they have to offer me is 5 Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never be shopping there again Don t be fooled when they say affordable because you will be sent a letter to pay more in duties

Cheap products Horrible Customer Service

They sent me frames that aren t even fully attached together The acrylic glass came cracked and has a bunch of scratches on it The printed posters had creases in them I spent a lot of money on these products and I m extremely disappointed Not to mention they have horrible customer service I sent them photos of the damaged items they sent me and they completely ignored it

Scam Canadian buyers bewareDespite their website being labelled CA and indicating free shipping this is in fact drop shipped from Sweden and comes with customs fee worth around 50 of the purchase Customer service acknowledges it s a known common and recurring issue but will do nothing about it To top it off the frame I received is warped dollar store quality Not at all what I was looking for by buying from a store that advertises itself as a specialist in framing in Canada
