Drivers dont ring bells or call

Told me to be sure not to miss the delivery as the parcel was very heavy They procced to NOT ring my home and NOT call my number and then i get an email saying i had to pick up a 20 kilo box from a pickup point and i have no car Called customer service and they said they cant do anything i just have to pick it up myself amazing

UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE

They deliberately STOLE the package I was waiting for and refused to admit it for nearly two months It was more than 2000 worth of stuff and they re getting away with it with no consequences Now I ve lost a unique piece and the store lost all that money since they had to refund me because of this unbelievable behavior from PostNL Easy for you to talk s t about Italy and Italian people our postal services do suck but at least they don t steal stuff on a daily basis you liars and thieves

Worst company ever

Phone number is nowhere to be found have to talk to a dumb chat bot who asks you questions and then ends the conversation with error After looking for a phone number on google I get some incompetent person on the phone who has no idea what he s talking about Told me I have to deliver the package myself instead of them doing their job

Post Nl just pray for good outcome

If you order online outside Europe just pray for a good outcome Or light some candles With Post Nl that is all you can do Other options give you high bloodpressure and no solutions They forgot to send me a request for paying tax Now the parcel is back to Customs and will be treated as if I refused to pay tax So it will go back to sender abroad

Postnl closed my opened case without any notifications Only God knows where the package is coz postnl is just running away with no responsibility I have no wonder why many sellers choose for others delivery providers and not postnl anymore

Horrible experience the support just ended the chat without answering my questions The package is missing they cant provide any valuable information

Avoid Dodgy carrier will disappear your parcel

Parcel from US to UK ended up in the Netherlands with this awful carrier for unknown reason Stuck in some sorting facility for 2 weeks with no updates There is no way to contact these people no customer support and the chatbot is an insulting joke BEWARE please let your senders know not to use this You will not get your parcel
