Company can t communicate
Company are unable to communicate Had zero comms for weeks with regards to an issue I had for the product When they finally responded I confirmed I was returning the item Item has been returned for weeks now and no refund issued Not responding again edit refund has now been issued

Return not refunded
I ordered 2 of the vases as I had bought the plant poults before but when they arrived they didn t look quite as good as the pics on website so I decided to return I have a tracked return and Potr have received my return but they have not given me a refund and are not answering emails or messages Impossible to get hold of to get my money back
