I was very impressed with the all-round professionalism of the company Selling my items went very smoothly and efficiently Everything that was sold went for the price or higher than the estimate that I was given I was kept informed as to when the items were to appear at auction and the money magically appeared in my bank I would recommend anyone is thinking of selling something in an auction to go through this company

I have dealt with Potteries Auctions on several occasions and they have always been helpful and a pleasure to deal with In my last transaction when contacted only three items before my lot I rang and asked where my telephone bid was the member of staff apologised and went straight away into the auction room and successfully bid for me The subsequent postage and packaging to my address was extremely professional and all arrived safe within 5 days The staff could not be more helpful and I will certainly be dealing with them again in the future
