Absolutely horrendous company avoid questions when asked do not deliver take your money and use delay techniques to buy more time I have had to claim my money back through PayPal as the just send the same email with a tracking number but will not state the courier Absolute SCAM merchants AVOID

Eon Dont even bother a bunch of absolute shisters trying to bill for power I ve never had or used in a property i left over a year ago then threaten to take me to court Their prices are beatable just research more but their customer services what a laugh are completely usless DONT USE THEM

Sorry this is the highest review I can give there isn t a lower one available I purchased two windows discs They took my money quick enough but I never saw my purchases No response to email no record of this company with the landlord of the trading estate Take my advice don t touch this lot with a barge pole I am now taking legal action via PayPal

My problems with this company mirror the previous post I didn t get any tracking information to say when I could expect my delivery until I started complaining When I did get a response it was in very bad broken English maybe a ploy so they could claim they do not understand the word REFUND Hermes posted a blank slip through my letter box clever NOT I have since learned through trust pilot how unhelpful this company is and how bad their products are Avoid at all cost Give me my money back

Avoid at all cost Misleading website to make it look like they re based in UK using co uk but actually based in Hong Kong My experience was exactly the same as gaz Matts I ordered a battery advertised as 41Wh but received one with max capacity of 24Wh Contacted them about it but was told some nonsense that their battery is even higher capacity that the original so the laptop measures it incorrectly After using multiple independent programs to come up with the same capacity was then given the same generic nonsense about charging them several times and it will increase in capacity thereby breaking the laws of physics and thermodynamics Refuse to refund me and kept asking me to use it for another week multiple times I suspect to drag it beyond their money back period In the end arranged a chargeback via my credit card Update 25 2 24 - battery has completely failed surprise surprise

Received a notification that they have received payment and will received in about 7 days Emailed after 14 days and got all the rubbish email that unfortunate people who got scammed After a month I filed a refund for paypal to investigate and within three days I received a refund from paypal They are a scammers and should face justice legally They say they on the website the shipping address is UNIT 10 EXPLORER VOYAGER PARK PORTFIELD ROAD PORTSMOUTH PO3 5FL GB I live in France and unable to visit but if anyone lives near could someone please investigate and report to the police that this is an illegal company

I ordered a laptop battery the scam these people use is Obtaining money under false pretense s ie Fraud They claim to be dispatching from the UK and orders will be recived within 10 days the point of dispatch is in fact China I contacted their support and cancelled the order when I realized this and that I had paid by credit card and got a notice from Paypal I had no Paypal account and the shipping info and tracking was fake Buyers remorse and the right to cancel an order means nothing to these Con Artists there was no reply their terms and conditions fail to state that their terms of robbery do not affect your statutory consumer rights It seems these Chinese Con Artists are operating illegally in the UK and Europe

I wish I had seen these reviews before I made the mistake of buying from this company They claim to have a UK warehouse but I have since found out that this is a bogus address used by a number of Chinese online companies probably the same people under different names The item I ordered has not been recieved and a claim has been made through Paypal
