Five years experience with using Powered Now

I have used Powered Now for business invoicing for five years As a Heating Engineer I couldn t do without it now It s made the payment part of the job easy I normally use my iPad and if I m billing for service work I can simply use the hotspot WiFi on my iPhone and send the invoice whilst still in the customers house I can also use my iPhone to access Powered Now and that s grate as a quick way to look at job history and customer contact details The customer service team will always phone me back within a couple of minutes if I message them and that is not very often as it s simple to use

Great app with brilliant support team

As a self employed plumber I find powered now a really useful tool to help run my business The fact I can pair it with my accounting software is also a huge bonus On top of that the team are all amazing and whenever you need them they could not be any more helpful if they tried

Great Technical Support

I have been with Powered now for over a year now and have previously had no issues My system stopped syncing my devices and updating and I was unable to send any invoices out to customers whilst working after hours but the technical support was excellent I sent a request at 7 30pm and Barney responded to my request within the hour who also had another developer on hand to assist although many of us tradesmen do most of our invoicing late at night i wasn t expecting a response this late into the evening they assisted with the issue until 11 30pm and had me back up and running by 9am the following morning An excellent service and I couldn t of asked for a quicker response prompt and professional I wouldnt hesitate to recommend based on the technical back up alone Thanks

Ticks all the boxes for a trades company

I have been using PN for more than 12 months and frankly it ticks all the boxes required for my business from quoting invoicing appointment confirmations etc Technical support are very responsive and generally if I have an issue the team jump on the tickets very quickly Would highly recommend to all sole traders limited companies in the trades business

Powered now has made such a diference in my work and i can not recomend it enough Everything all in one place To top that off the support and training to maintain your ability and full use of the software is brilliant

Training and technical suppport - 5 star

I have had excellent technical and training support from Powerednow I am very impressed with the app and think it is superior to Tradify The trainining I received from Luke Spary was fantastic He was patient and very pleasant and trained me on everythign I need to know about the Professional version within 40 mins

Brilliant App

I started using PN about 6 months ago with a view to speeding up the writing and issuing of quotes and invoices This worked really well after completing the work it was really easy to send out an invoice I then took it further and started to populate clients information when I go to see the job prior to quoting which allows me to make notes and start a project Which has now developed even more I utilise the app from the start right through to monitoring invoice payments and sales Being able to store products and costs in catalogue is great But the item that I use a lot is the diary as it sinks with my phone calendar it has completely negated the need for a paper diary and I always get really useful reminders

The best tool in my possession

This app has transformed the way I run my business Quotes invoices appointments all done on the app I can honestly say I cannot do without this app I am a electrician powered now is the best tool I have as it saves me a lot of time on paperwork so now I can spend more time working on the job
