Excellent company with the personal touch
This was my second electric bike purchase so I knew what I wanted however the customer service was still excellent Luke phoned after I had placed the order just to check if I had any queries The bike arrived within a week and was easy to assemble A hand written note was included with the free gift which was a lovely touch I d definitely recommend Powered Pedals
