package damaged and missing parts

fast shipping but damaged package and item in the wrong color and missing parts very good seller but not good service

STOCK NOT UP TO DATE

Ordered two products from the website told delivery date within 2 working days received no email confirmation Had to email the company to be told the product was out of stock and would take another week for new stock to arrive However great customer service to resolve the issue and receive a refund quickly

happy to loose sales

The product was at an amazing price in comparison to other sites and low postage costs were also very attractive I instantly paid for the item to include the advertised international postage The following day I received an e mail stating that my money had been refunded in full due to the Company now not been able to ship my parcel for the price which was originally stated I appreciate my money been refunded immediately however after paying the difference for the exchange in currency I ended up loosing out by 50p I would have given a UK address for delivery should I have been asked and that way you wouldn t have lost out on a sale

Received Phenibut product and disappointed with results

Having read all the blurb on Phenibut being the wonder drug I am very disappointed with the results I presume these 500mg tablets are of good quality and contain over 90 of the product in each tablet If so why do the manufacturers state on the bottle to take several tablets Most suppliers don t recommend more than 1000 mg per day The results were poor leaving me lethargic not a great mental boost whatsoever

Next day delivery option

I was a happy regular customer so far but my last delivery was a disappointment The extra charged next day delivery option isn t a guaranteed service as they advertise it My last order came late and their response to my complains wasn t satisfying Their excuse was simply to blame Royal Mail for the delay I asked Royal Mail and they said that it can happen to not to be delivered the next day using their Royal Mail 24 service However tere is no Information or indication on the PowerMyself website about it otherwise I wouldn t went for that option

Wrong items sent

Got sent the wrong items 12 identical items totalling over 250 I called to rectify the issue They sent someone the next day to collect the wrong items but the replacement items i e the right items didn t arrive for days later Not overly impressed especially as I was told they would be with me the next day

complicated

Very complicated to set up for what I wanted Maybe ok for someone who wanted more e g calorie counter Quality of product good the belt clip was very secure Depends what you looking for but if you want a basic pedometer this is not for you Don t want to put product down as it could be useful if you want more than basic pedometer
