I have used Power Tool World to buy equipment previously and been satisfied with both cost service and products I ordered a Makita reciprocating saw blades and a case unfortunately there was a stock error and they did not have the case in stock However I received prompt notification of the error with an apology and a refund Otherwise the product was delivered promptly and is exactly what I wanted Whilst disappointed not to get the carry case as a professional I am aware we all make mistakes from time to time it is how we manage these events that marks the good from the bad I was therefore impressed with the prompt action taken and am more than happy to recommend Power Tool World
