I had looked at several companies and all their reviews before deciding to go with Powertrain Products I m very glad went with Powertrain Everything went smoothly when ordering my 5 7 Hemi The motor runs great I m very satisfied and totally recommend this company I will use them again if I ever have to replace a motor again

I am a service manager at a Jeep Dodge chrysler ram dealer and we are having a hard time getting engines and transmissions for our customers vehicles So Powertrain Products is Always my next best option Everything from there products to customer service core returns and there whole staff has always been awesome to deal with Just in the last year we have installed atleast 4 or more of there transmissions and one engine I have been personally using them for my own vehicles for the last 6 years Never any issues Just installed an engine from them in my son s jeep before Christmas and it runs great My employer and myself will continue to be loyal customers for sure You just can t beat there warranty either

Dodge 360 5 9 V8 Engine 93-2001 Model

The delivery took just 7 business days and the engine was received in excellent condition Being a machinist by trade I was surprised at the level of detail All the gasket surfaces machined and all the threaded holes like new For the price I was also surprised to receive the gaskets to finish the assembly The engine started within 4 seconds on the first try and runs flawless

Ordered a transmission for my car

Ordered a transmission for my car transaction went very smooth it was shipped directly to my dealer in less time than what was quoted Everything went great The core return was very easy and the entire experience was better than expected Car drives better than new now Warranty is great 5 Years 1 Million miles hopefully will never need that but nice to know I have it

2004 f150 4x4 5 4

2004 f150 4x4 5 4 Only 2500 miles on it so far but it is running smoothly Not only did I replace the motor with their engine but I also replaced all the coolant hoses heater core hoses thermostat coolant reservoir radiator engine mounts vacuum lines and had had the fuel injectors professionally cleaned on a flow bench I only use motorcraft synthetic blend 5w-20 oil and motorcraft oil filter in both my ford trucks I changed the oil at 1500 miles to refresh the oil from break in and now will be changed every 3000 miles and I normally do on both my ford trucks Buying process and core return process was extremely smooth and easy with a friendly awesome customer service I will report back at the end of 2022 for a follow up

People were friendly on the phone very courteous order of engine was easy to make Engine arrived on time everything was complete Installation went good Easy to return old engine with supplied paper work The engine is now 3 mon old and doing well

i think the product was great i bought a motor and transmission from you but the last thing was the transmission and it took the shop more than the 15 days to get it in and i was charged 450 for the core that was sent in but it was later and i called and no one would ever call me back so i could get this back so i talk highly of your product but this is the minus on your part Rodney
