Don t order

Like below reviews brought products not delivered and can t get a response dispite Facebook messaging and emailing Also the online not won t answer unless you have an order id I input both the invoice number and order number which weren t accepted I have decided to take the financial hit but I recommend that you don t order and make my mistake

Horrendous service

Horrendous service Firstly they advertise they will deliver in 5 days I get an e-mail to say it is delayed awaiting stock Then it was shipped then it was lost with EVRI which they have confirmed but PowGen won t refund me telling me they are still awaiting a response from EVRI It clearly shows not delivered PLEASE AVOID not sure how legit these people are Just to add my order was placed 11th June and still not sorted

30 day money-back guarantee isn t a thing

Ordered two of their products Did not work for me at all sadly and the 30 day money back guarantee isn t true I reached out on their website at the contact button to ask for a refund and the chatbot said someone will reach out within 2 days to understand my situation better No one has reached out and there s nothing further I can say apart from it doesn t work so Feels a bit scammy especially for a startup

Shocking Placed an order the courier lost it and after over a month and numerous emails the company admitted it had been lost and refunded the money This should have been done within a few days not a few weeks I asked them to cancel the subscription at the time and now find out another payment has been taken from my account against my wishes I have sent another email with out getting a reply The only time I get a promot response is after posting a review

AVOID poor customer service rubbish product

Absolutely no customer service they sent my order to the wrong place I realised what was happening before the item shipped so contacted them to inform of a change of address they shipped it anyway I contacted them to find out what was going on again no response Products are awful they don t do anything obviously I realise that my experience of them but I workout 7 times a week so would have expected some results from them but nothing My advice avoid at all cost

I am convinced this is a scam Took a monthly subscription for vitamins delivered nothing I then discovered its pretty well impossible to communicate except via an on-line computer chatbot I could not find an order ID and was therefore stumped This month I find cash has been taken from my debit card again but do not expect a delivery Avoid this company in all its forms as it is I believe a sophisticated scam
