I answered your advert in our local Village Magazine for Bridge and District Kent and was impressed by the way the engineer sounded very competent and quickly organised a visit to sort out our drainage problem stating the length of time for the job as a day and a half Josh came out with camera equipment to diagnose the problem and explained clearly what the job entailed and when he could come over a few days later He and Shane arrived promptly and got on quickly unloading Josh asked if it would be OK to stay a bit later that day to complete in one visit They worked really well together into the early evening and all the time I was informed of progress One cannot fault the personable Josh as an organiser and Shane his willing polite young assistant They deserve 5 Stars

The engineer was very polite and helpful he tried a few simple things to remove blockage then tried other ways to be honest I felt sorry for him it was a real dirty job he had to do In the end he cleared the blockage He was smiling through out this Amazing personality and a real asset to this company

Fast and reliable service

Alex in the office understood the urgency and was able to arrange for Josh to attend between 6 and 8pm Josh arrived after a phone call to advise he was 20 minutes away He understood the constraints and resolved the problem within 10 minutes of arriving Charlie in the office kept track of the issue through to conclusion Excellent response and service all round Thank you gents

Sewage drainage pipe relining

Josh and Shane cleared a blockage in my drain a few days ago and returned again today to reline the sewage pipework that is now over 70yrs old and has deteriorating mortar between the pipe sections I found them hard working professionals as well as being clean tidy and both warm and friendly It is such a relief to be up and literally running again Thanks lads much appreciated John
