Octane Fitness ZR7 great purchase

I was looking for the Octane Fitness ZR7 which is not a common home fitness machine I had read everything I could on line but still had questions Precor had the next model the ZR8 setup for demo and test purposes I had many questions which the Precor staff tried to find answers to They were not pushy at all and told me when they didn t know the answers to my questions They said I could come in as often as I wanted to continue to investigate and try it out When I still had questions which they couldn t answer they gave me the contact information for the Octane representative that they work with I called him and had all my questions answered I bought the ZR7 and have been very happy This is a specialized machine and not for everyone so I understand that they could not answer all my questions But they put forth every effort and helped in every way possible Great place to buy from

I ordered a Schwinn AirDyne over the phone and had it shipped out to me The salesman was friendly helpful Bike arrived in good condition on time I m happy with my experience I would recommend Precor to a friend

Precor has been great Shipping issues have been challenging but they are out of Precor s control Precor managers and employees have been very helpful

Best purchase ever made I worked out in Waltham MA hotel and noticed this AIO machine and when I returned home to NYC i scoured CL and eBAY to find it Saw comparable trainers but knew this was for me I m nearing 50 and gained muscle like I was in my early 30s Boss and kids impressed and I love it

I was ready to purchase an Elliptical machine did my research and found places that sold the one I was looking for The one thing that steered me to Precor Home Fitness at Stevens Creek were the great reviews of the store the equipment and the staff Mark and John I dealt with Mark for my purchase He was all that the reviews made him to be 5 stars He is very knowledgeable patient and provided the specifics on all the elliptical machines in stock and that they carry but allowed us to make the decision We received the machine on the date promised Unbeknownst to me the installers stripped some screws on the main panel The reason I found was due to a service visit for a non functioning heart rate monitor The HR monitor was fixed The technician told me about the stripped screws but did not know if the store would replace the entire panel for stripped screws They did and everything works fine I am thinking of buying another piece of equipment and you can bet that I will buy from this store
