Fabulous service

First time using Preen and Clean for my windows this week and they did a fabulous job Peter phoned me to double check which windows were mine as I live in a flat and was very warm and friendly Will continue with this service and would definitely recommend

Windows look excellent

Wasn t completely happy with my first clean due to dried water marks on the window and bird poop on my front window sill left behind however after contacting them they quickly re booked the clean again and windows look perfect still bird poop on my front window sill though but I m sure the rain will wash it away or it will get cleaned next time round Overall can not fault the customer service with this company

Right from booking with Preen and clean they messaged me to confirm my booking 5 professional window cleaner they text email day before to remind you they are coming next day The guy was professional cheerful and wore a branded Preen and clean top Van also was branded so it could be seen There s options on how you pay and also how often you want your windows cleaning Every 4 weeks I ve chosen My external windows hadn t been cleaned for years Wow what a difference it makes when cleaned with warm water - I swear more light is coming through now they are so clear sills and frames are so white Wish I d found Preen and Clean sooner Highly recommend this professional company
