Terrible experience

I ordered a pair of sandals based on the photo of the product and what I received was a sandals from the dollar store in China covered in a nylon that I had to broke and they didn t accept the return of not sent in the original package that don t even had an address This is a SCAM PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I agree this is a scam Their website shows a very nice high-quality product but what they send you is a cheap imitation I just received from them a pair of winter boots lined for warmth and comfort in coldest weather that are in reality practically unlined and very lightweight little more than shoes They are only suitable for mild fall weather I guess you do get what you pay for If it sounds too good to be true it usually is

Terrible purchase do not order from this company

I ordered sandals that I thought were my favorite They were cheap knock offs It took so long to get my sandals that I forgot I ordered them They arrived from China in cheap packaging with no packing slip and return address on package was a post box Terrible shoes no flex while walking like stilts plus they are much higher than they look in photo Do not order from this Company you will regret it

This company is not legit is a scam

This company is not legit More a scam than anything else The shoes cheap in materials and manufacturing Located in China it take longer than expected to arrive They will try to convince you to accept some money in return for the bad experience I was lucky enough to have payed through PayPal and got my money back in full

Missing Shoes

If I could give zero stars I would I have been waiting about a month for my shoes that I needed for work and it was a struggle tracking my package then when that problem got solved the issue that arose was it got delivered but to my dismay I recieved no shoes I contacted support AGAIN and I notified them of this problem and their response to me was a screen shot of the tracking page that said it got delivered and if any of my friends wanted the shoes after I had asked for a refund Reminder I did not recieve any shoes On another note it has been taking the person to respond between 2-3 days to answer any email I am still waiting for a refund that may not even happen My experience timeline is from August 23rd thru September 1st

Prehomemart is a scam from China I found a pair of shoes on Pinterest website and the shoes I ordered on the website were not the ones I received They were absolute garbage Prehomemart told me to keep the shoes and not return them as they will likely not receive them due to their mailing system instead I was offered 20 refund It has been 3 weeks no refund Stay away from advertisements on Pinterest that offer nice clothing or shoes Jane Ontario

Fraud

I never should order off Facebook FACEBOOK should remove them from site Ordered 11w shoe after 2 months I contacted them they said out of stock gave me 10 credit 1 82 shoes were 41 00So not 10 3 weeks later got a EU size 42 which is size 10 they said return pay shipping back to China was 37 00 so what can I do I will give to Goodwill People should know we are being taken by China I am going to PayPal and see if they can help me

It is the worst purchase I have ever made online nothing to do with the photos and videos they post version in reality the shoe is hard from the sole of the shoe the insole and the most common fabric I would rather donate them than give them more of my to send the trash they sent me for shoes
