Prelaunch does nor comply with money back warranty

Prelaunch does nor comply with the rules they publish The project i invested in has not delivered what the promised Prelaunch states they will have the control over deposits and give back they money if project does not comply They dont give my money back and say it is in hands of the launching company which does not answer to reuqests

Put a pre-launch deposit down on the Fuell Fllow E-Motorcycle and have not been able to get my deposit back even though the bike is nowhere close to being available for launch It seems that prelaunch consider launch as the start of the funding cycle to keep the project afloat No one has any idea when the bike will officially start production which in my mind means that it hasn t launched yet Not sure how consumers could have any faith in an organisation that runs this way I ve reached out to prelaunch and they have just ignored me not even bothered to come back to me with an answer to my query Seems like a bit of a scam to me

Entrepreneur Perspective I feel it will be more beneficial to you if I unpack a single rating into categories Trust everything about my experience ended up building trust There isn t anything I can think of that made me feel anxious or skeptical Actually a big part of my decision to work with prelaunch was they share the risk with the client There are no hefty upfront fees no hyped up pitches and that is rather rare as a business model Competence they nailed the FB ads better than anybody else Communication I prefer a more direct way of saying things and they started more corporated Some would call it more diplomatic I call it fake But this got sorted right away Results I don t think it would be fair to rate them here If you expect to hand off your business or product to a third party and they do all the heavy lifting for you that is probably not the best way to go about it Yes I would have liked them to guide me more and come up with strategies based on their experience But that is a big ask and I know it So Prelaunch com is a good choice But the thing that keeps bugging me is that they are good because the alternatives are mediocre I wish someone would rise to the challenge and be genuinely badass
