You have to upgraded and pay before email seller

I want to email seller about his free trainers to find out if they are for free and he will send them for free and to see if meant to put them for free as I have feel you have pay for them and for the post too When I went email him you HAVE to upgraded to email the seller and for full 1 year it 6 and forpremium 15 for 1 yearBusiness 20 for 1 yearBusiness unlimited 45 for 1 year And it is a lot of money to upgrade and most people DO COME TO THESE STE TO SAVE MONEY so it IS just mad that you have to upgrading to email the seller but most people cannot afford things like this as most people are renting now days as things are to high in price as no one can afford to buy a house how days and that why people come to theses sites to stay cheap So I am going close my account with Preloved because of the they work and etc

I deleted account useless site

I deleted account I had account for yrs but 2 weeks plus I was still waiting for advert to be published I messaged them and no reply so won t be using again It s gone very much down hill

Its the worst site I was using so far I wanted to sell kittens I attached picture of mother with her litter to the advert and every time Im making changes to it the preloved admins keep emailing me about sending picture it got me so frustrated because I paid for the advert and it takes them days to republish it Plus Im on preloved for years and never got a single enquiry

What a terrible site whoever designed this needs to stop it is appalling trying to scam money by upgrades unbelievable and amateur grow up peasant

A loveless experience Use alternatives instead

Signing up for a free account is a joke and immediately comes under admin gestapo lockdown and uneccessary interrogation and demands for personal info My advice is stay well clear of this preloved website They demand to know your name address phone numbers oh and a face picture photo And only then you only get access to your free account when they send you a mail posted on paper pin number for you to input into the account unlock page Absolutely ridiculous process May I remind any admin at preloved that some of us use these for sales sites on the strict arrangement of face to face person interaction local or surrounding area dealings only That means will not post no doorstep courier pick up no paypal nor bank transfer item sales Nor give out personal banking details to scammers Which all those mentioned in itself actually minimises fraudulent activities let alone allow it After many pointless emails today from Holly Sally I opted for them to delete the account which I was told it would be archived for 30 days then deleted The user doesn t even have the option to delete the account if locked Absolute waste of time Lastly a lot of sales websites like preloved create an arena for scams and fraudsters to operate by allowing website users to encourage freely sharing electronic payment methods just to get a sale of an item It s either cash in hand or nothing

We were selling a Mother of the Bride dress but responses were from very clever low life scammers using Royal mail and wanting over detailed banking details Don t use this site

Completely unusable

I have sold things on this site previously and didn t think it was bad Admittedly I haven t used it for a while but my god it s absolutely appalling now Relentless interruptions from ads small video screen in bottom left hand corner constantly popping up with more ads because of all the messy un-user friendly nonsense the site constantly freezes and glitches it is now completely unusable Account closed advertising elsewhere
