Great selection of clothes - Horrendous customer service

Overall - great selection of clothing on the website but the customer service is horrendous untrustworthy and unprofessional Last year I placed an order for a track jacket what was listed as a burberry skirt burberry coat and an Adidas shirt that was listed as from the 80 s I was really excited to receive my order and thought I had got good value for money However when the items arrived it was clear that all wasn t as it seemed on the website The track jacket was in a really bad scruffy condition - it had heavy bobbling all over the material and a clearly visible hole Furthermore the material felt very rough and crispy Neither of the flaws or defects were mentioned in the listing What was listed as a burberry skirt turned out to be a cheap unbranded knock off It wasn t mentioned in the listing that the item was a replica - they led me to believe that this item was a genuine burberry garment It was clearly not upon arrival Surprisingly the coat was actual genuine burberry - However it was in a complete state and was fit for the scrapheap The garment was heavily discoloured and stained and the entire hem of the jacket wasn t stitched so there was a massive gaping hole between the pieces of material The condition of the coat was absolutely disgusting and should have been listed as an item that is suitable for reworking at a stretch if they really wanted to get rid of it The listing did not mention any of the many glaringly obvious defects They listed the item as if it was in really good condition Lastly the Adidas shirt was listed as from the 80s but the manufacturer s tag inside the garment stated 2001 Furthermore the material was snagged and parts of the shirt were discoloured Again none of this was mentioned in the listing I emailed Preloved Kilo on two separate occasions about the matter with pictures of the garments attached to the emails that clearly showed the issues I patiently waited for their response but there wasn t any response I never received a response from Preloved Kilo in regard to the issues with my order Therefore I contacted my bank and they were able to help me to get my money back for the order Subsequently Preloved Kilo blocked my customer account from their website They finally sent me an email but it wasn t apologising for the experience I had with them instead they claimed that they were confused as to why I contacted my bank to get a refund I don t know what else they thought I could ve done especially when I gave them the opportunity to sort the situation out and they ignored my emails Overall - they ve got a great range of clothing on their website but they should be transparent about the condition of their items Also they shouldn t take it to heart when their customer has a bad experience and seek alternative means to resolve the matter If you re not willing to resolve the matter for your customer then be happy that someone else was willing to do the work for you It s unprofessional to penalise a customer for having a bad experience at no fault of their own by blocking their account from your website especially when you re not willing to help them Edit - 08 02 2024I m surprised that you ve replied to my review considering that when I had contacted you twice to inform you of the issues with my order you did not reply You claim that you did not receive any of these emails but I have proof of the emails I sent you and I m happy to provide these if required I am also happy to provide screenshots of the original listings which clearly show that there wasn t any mention of any flaws or defects with the items From your reply it is clear to me that you continue to be dishonest and unprofessional although you ve had many opportunities to take accountability for the matter You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves
