I saw an advertisement on Instagram for An autograph autobiography by Boy George KARMA I was skeptical pre-order because I had a bad experience with a business on Instagram in the past after not receiving my book once it was released I contacted customer service They assured me that it was on its way Everything was Eazy Peezy And I couldn t be happier

Great Customer Service at Premiere Collectibles
I recently pre-ordered a signed copy of a book from Premiere Collectibles Unfortunately the first copy I received wasn t signed by the author However I was very impressed with how Premiere Collectibles handled the situation I contacted customer service via email and Angelie one of the customer service representatives responded promptly and offered me several solutions including a 50 refund I appreciated having options presented I opted to have them resend the correct signed copy and I m happy to report that it arrived very quickly
