Tim from Premier Inspections did a very thorough job of inspecting a house that we were considering buying Having read his report we could buy the house with peace of mind knowing that there were no hidden flaws that we would regret in the future Furthermore his report was detailed enough to give us ideas about minor problems that MIGHT grow into larger problems about aspects of the house that we might want to update about how such changes might be made and about the likely costs of those potential changes I would thoroughly recommend getting a house inspection from this company before buying a house
