Great experience from beginning to end

They did amazing from beginning to end they were very flexible at adapting to our travel needs and answered all our questions and concerns before and during the trip They helped me transporting my two border collies from Seville Spain to Virginia US I will definitely rely on them again when I get back to Spain

Everything went well Our dog arrived happy healthy and well cared for Our international journey began in PHX AZ USA with door to door service arranged by PetsFly com Then Frankfurt then Valencia where Premier Pet Travel delivered the last leg of trip to our door in Valencia Spain Premier was very communicative friendly and quick to respond vis Whatsapp Couldn t ask for a better service -but honestly that was to be expected bc it was super expensive for us from the start A once in a lifetime experience for us well done highly recommend
