PVG were absolutely fantastic from start to finish on sourcing and collecting the car Elliot and Charlotte were my points of contact and nothing was ever too much trouble Elliot did all of the finding and chasing at dealerships and although it took a while he helped me find the right car for me and my family Never pushy and very easy going Charlotte was great and efficent when finalising the details for the finance too Both worked out of hours to ensure I drove away my car at the earliest possible date Have and will continue to reccomend Thankyou

DEFINITELY 5 STARS ALL ROUND I would wholeheartedly recommend Premier Vehicles Although I live in Belfast my dealings with Charlotte Tom on the phone were very professional and at the same time friendly caring I flew to Manchester saw the car I wanted spent an hour with them and everything we had discussed on the phone was exactly as it should be My initial reticence was unnecessary This company AND it s staff are good people who in my opinion can be trusted

Everything about my experience with Premier Vehicle Group has been nothing short of exceptional Tom provided me with various options within 48 hours of giving him the brief All of the paperwork was digitalised so no need for a face to face nor the need to be stood over a scanner After the sale was agreed Charlotte kept me up to date unprompted from the build of the car right through to the delivery In a climate where businesses are still hiding behind the Covid aftermath to justify below standard services my experience with PVG was nothing short of exceptional A very happy customer
