Steve has been a real determined associate with GotYourBack Support He and the people he followed all worked real hard and stayed with it until my problem was resolved which was to install software on my computer so I could use my new printer Steve also found some other issues with bad files needing repair Gordon and Tyler are to be commended too

Good job by a great team
I have high hopes that my computer will now operate 100 better it was a hot mess The gentlemen who worked their magic were professional very helpful and polite I was surprised by the cost and was unable to add a 2nd service but may do so in the future Their speed for repairs was impressive and I look forward to cussing less when I get online
