Very DISHONEST business STAY AWAY
I paid 995 for one of the biggest headaches I bought a 1984 Chevy C20 manual floor shift steering column from these people because the told me that they could give me a 12 month warranty on this column After I ordered the column I was told that it would be shipped the next business day It was shipped a week later When the steering column finally did show up the key was bent in half stuck in the ignition Not only was the key bent the entire turn signal setup was too low Joe crazy I thought but as long as it worked I would settle with it The packaging was POOR to say the least When I went to take the key out of the ignition it broke I called and spoke with the same guy I was told to send pictures of the key I sent pictures I called and nothing was done Luckily my old key worked somehow After installation was complete I took it for a test drive and the blinkers stuck They wouldn t turn off after making a turn I called about this as well same result What an i I supposed to do when they don t call back and stop answering am together It wasn t long after that ask well within the warranty period the blinkers started coming on when I turned my wipers on WTH Then when I turn the blinkers on the wipers would come on also It s done this for a couple months now and finally the turn signals decided that they just won t work except when they feel like it The wipers come on randomly driving down the road and won t shut off Yes I ve tried to get it replaced but the honesty of this company is ZERO DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS They are extremely dishonest especially when you need to use the warranty or you need support Now if you want to buy something they are quick to help out Please don t gone these thieves your hard earned money They will rip you off and lie to you as well I could ve bought a really nice Ididit Steering column that would ve looked better and made it much longer with no issues

These people are refusing to honor
These people are refusing to honor their warranty They are dishonest I don t know why this thief keeps taking about labor fees I have only asked for him to refund the price I paid for the transmission And let s talk about returning the part first the thief asked for the diagnostic report which I sent Second he asked for photos of the oil pan which I sent He then asked for photos of the oil pan four more times Interesting Then he asked that I pay my mechanic to disassemble the defective transmission and take photos of the pump I have already spent 4000 on this little misadventure the evidence I sent the thief is incontrovertible I told the thief that if he wants the tranny disassembled he has my permission but I am not paying for this Now the thief wants to have the tranny taken back to California Hahahah So he can claim that there is nothing wrong with it Nah that dog don t hunt We will let the small claims court decide

Very dishonest people
Mi purchase a transmission for 2200 The website states that all parts are tested before being shipped The transmission they sent me failed within 5 hours of being installed They are refusing to honor their warranty Listen used auto parts is a sleazy industry These people are the worst of the worst

Straight up lied to Zero Fuks to give Never use or trust these guys
I enter my information on the website it says the back window glass for my van is available They give you a number to call When I call a voice I can hardly hear and that sounds like the guy is asleep answers I have to start over about the part and the guy tells me We don t sell glass I said that the webpage said that you do and that it s available His response then is Well if you want glass you can call back in the morning Yea I don t think so after being lied to If they will lie about something so simple because he didn t want to take the order what won t they lie about Never use or trust these guys
