well when i bought it do to the great advertisement and videos and everything I thought this is watt a need for my pet but mine didn t work at all since then got nothing but headaches because kept sending email saying that I want my money back not a replacement my money back put it together inside the box asking for a return label and got an email requesting a video wich i did and sent also a lady name Mary general manager wrote me another email saying Hi Rene Please disregard my previous email regarding the replacement I understand that you ultimately want a refund No need to worry I ll coordinate with our team to have your request fulfilled as soon as possible and still nothing at all
