Cannot thank Alex David enough for all his help He has honestly changed my mind about estate agents Not only is he brilliant at his job he is also a fantastic person He was well balanced in his attention to both us as the buyers and to the vendors and was truly working to achieve good outcomes for us both He kept me up to date with regular calls and gave me reassurances Whenever either party s solicitor was slow to response Alex would chase them up and provide an update I can t imagine going through a house sale in the current economic climate with anyone other than Alex Without hyperbole I would give Alex 10 stars if possible

Matthew is amazing We have such a hard time moving being self-employed and with me being a mature student at the moment The referencing is always a nightmare and this time was just so much worse Matthew made it happen - he was so patient and did everything he could to fight our corner put us in touch with the right people and looked after us making sure we were happy all the way We honestly appreciate it so much and are SO happy in our beautiful new home This feeling has been a long time coming - thanks for going through the stress for us Matthew
