I have had a great experience with Damp Proofing Solutions from start to finish We received a number of quotes for our rising damp problem and had received an independent assessment as well Patrick showed the most care in assessment and his suggestions most accurately matched the independent quote as well He was honest about what the problems were and what may be needed but understanding about budgetary constrictions and how to work around these Afterwards he was easy to contact despite being very busy to help plan what needed to be done in preparation He also sent detailed instructions advice about what the process would be timescales and what to expect afterwards - something I did not get from any others I got quotes from On the day the team arrived promptly and the work was completed to what appears to me to be a high standard They also left the place tidy and with clear instructions As a bonus the work comes with a 20 year guarantee I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick and Marcus based on my experiences with them Thank you

Patrick s knowledge and work are excellent He and his colleague did a great job in sorting out two damp spots in our house taking back the old plaster rectifying the issue and re-plastering The finished wall looks great and they did a good job of a clean afterwards They are super courteous and punctual Highly recommended
