I have used this brand for years ever since I trained in hair extensions No other brand compares they have a variety of hair to suit different budgets If there is hair that is out of stock that I need I email them to ask them it is due back in and usually get a response within the same day if not the day later I have only ever had a problem with longevity once with hair and their customer service to rectify the problem was outstanding
