I ordered a cardigan dress which arrived slightly different to the picture advertised on the website I reached out via email to Pretty Lavish and they were prompt in their reply It transpired that the design of the dress has been altered due to previous feedback and this was explained fully to me I decided to keep the dress because it looks lovely and feels a lot more expensive than the price paid for it I also received a complimentary discount code for the confusion I would definitely shop with PL again customer service is brilliant and their clothes are classy and elegant A huge bonus is that they have plenty of modest wear options for a Muslim woman like me

I own maybe over 10 items now from Pretty Lavish and love the high quality and unique designs My last order arrived with a minor fault Thread was lose but was worried it would get worse if I put the dress on as it was a bodycon dress I emailed in to see what could be done not expecting to receive a response but Melissa and Izzy were really helpful and exchanged it for me within a week over the busy Christmas period The customer service here is possibly the best I have received so thank you and look forward to my next purchase now

Excellent customer service Recently ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids didn t realise there was a 14 day returns window and as I live far from my bridesmaids to have them try on I had missed the returns date The staff were so helpful and sorted everything out for me I ordered the same dresses just sized up love them
