I purchased a refrigerator from Price1 it on the 18th August for 1 498 50 The website indicated it would be shipped in 5-7 days I contacted them 10 days later on the 28th asking when the order will be processed They then immediately updated my order status to order shipping telling me- I will receive a confirmation email shortly which I never did I then contacted them again 5 days later asking for an update They said Good morning we are waiting for the BRT courier to pick up today we invite you to contact us tomorrow morning thank you and they updated my order to shipped on the 10th of September This was the last time they responded to me I ve attempted to reach out to them 3 times via the online help messaging system and via their email address From what I understand Price1 don t sell their own products they are an interface between companies selling products and the customers Which means they have no control nor can they rectify and warehouse issues experienced with their suppliers
