Chris was very helpful in assisting me with my 4 night stay in Milan He was willing to change my dates in order to receive better flight times although unfortunately none of the free options worked for me because I wanted to fly over the weekend and there was limited flights to Milan I ended up paying extra in order to receive an earlier flight as my flight times weren t great but for the price of my holiday I wasn t surprised by this - the fee wasn t too large considering it means I get to spend an extra day in Milan He even offered to assist me once in Milan should I have any problems I would certainly consider booking a holiday through Prime Holidays again - I m not sure why some other customers left bad reviews theirs certainly did not reflect my experience Thank you to Chris and the team

Zoe was absolutely Marvelous Nothing was too much trouble for her She phoned me back at a time I could speak to her She gave me some great options and managed to change my flights to suit me Wonderful experience

Deepika was excellent she tried her best to provide upgrades for us at no extra fees and was very transparent with everything that would ve cost anything extra She was very good at communicating with the external companies for our flights and hotel allowing us to get the most out of our holiday
