Selling your house is never easy but our whole experience with prime coastal property right from meeting Lola who was extremely professional but understood our needs extremely well to organising us to have potential buyers round has been a very pleasant experience Equally her knowledge and understanding of the market meant we also purchased a new property with absolutely no hiccups We would strongly recommend Lola and her team and definitely use them in the future

Very grateful
We first met Lola when looking for a property in the Liliput area A couple of weeks later Lola contacted me to say a property was going on the market the following week and if we were interested she would try and get us a viewing at the weekend which we did When we saw it we instantly fell in love with it and asked if she would speak to the owner which she did that afternoon The property didn t go on the market and the sale progressed and we will always be very grateful to Lola for ensuring we got our forever home

Cannot thank them enough
We cannot thank Lola of Prime Coastal Property enough We had a very difficult situation whereby we had to move very quickly We found our dream home arranged the viewing with Lola at extremely short notice Lola kindly re-arranged her diary to meet us As soon as we saw the property we loved it we explained our difficult situation Well from that moment onwards Lola totally ran with it doing everything in her power to ensure a smooth process chasing everyone concerned to ensure she left no stone left unturned that may delay the purchase She worked vociferously diligently chasing everyone to ensure it all happened in the timescales we had to work tooWe have moved numerous times over the years we have never come across anyone that works so diligently on your behalf I can honestly say unless we had Lola we may have had a different outcome I would thoroughly recommend Prime Coastal Property Thank you Lola you are an amazing professional women
