Paint arrived damaged and leaking
Paint arrived after ten days and one tin was fine but the other was so damaged that 2 3rds had leaked out I won t use them again as the delay this caused has cost me more than the money I saved

It s been 3 weeks and still no paint or tracking number despite being promised this multiple times The communication is poor and they have no number for you to call Avoid if you can

4 weeks and counting - still no paint delivered
4 weeks and still no paint I chased each week and prime paint replied with it will be with you by end of the week I have finally received a tracking number for delivery but 5 days later prime paint still haven t given the paint to the delivery company for them to be able to deliver it I have no idea if I will ever receive this paint No number to call prime paint only email The delay and having to chase and false promises of it being with me by the end of the week has not been worth any discount

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE This is a scam website - do not trust the other reviews that give 5 stars We ordered paint 3 weeks ago and it still hasn t arrived I have had two responses from Steven saying that the paint will be here last Saturday or Tuesday this week and when you track on Shopify it says that it hasn t even been shipped yet This has hugely delayed our work We accounted for the 10 working days but this is not good enough We are not sure how we will get our money back as we have had to shop elsewhere now for the paint as no one replies and there is no contact number We will be reporting to trading standards So unhappy

Awful delivery
Waited the 10 working days as stated contacted the company and they advised would be shipped either working day 13 or 14 so would arrive day 14 or 15 three weeks waiting tried to cancel the order but they didn t reply Not the best at all also not sure if real paint as stated no refunds as paint mixed to order Won t use again
