Paid twice for same subscription
I checked my account and saw they charged me twice for the 1 month There is no way to contact them about a refund I hope for someone to contact me here I wouldnt recommend Amazon Prime Ill update if i get help

Syntes prime video er komplet ubrugeligt De har bare lukket min konto og skriver jeg skal kontakte customer service men dette er heller ikke muligt da jeg Ove hovedet ikke kan logge ind kan ikke anbefale dem l ngerePrime video is completely useless because they have closed my account and when I try to sign in I get the message that my account is closed so I have to contact customer service but that is not possible because I can t sign in if it was possible I would give 0 stars for their service and they also don t have a Danish customer service what a useless and incompetent service so never am i gong to recommend them to anyone

Shameful Only thing I can say I cancelled my membership from 1st Of April and even got a confirmation that date However the 2nd of April I get a message that my membership has been renewed I never requested this Absolute shameful Contacting them through their costumer service is completely impossible

Prime video used to be OK with most of new material being available and as it came free with Amazon Prime I was prepared to put up with lots of stuff being only for rent - but at least you had the option to show only the free material liste Now it s not worth the bother as the very limited free material is hidden behind adverts and misleading prompts like indicators saying it s include with prime which is true but clicks later you realise you have to pay so not included in free Prine Their choice of material is also very American oriented and for a young generation also overly inclusive to the British eye They ve lost the plot and my viewing Ps your movie will continue uninterrupted after this break sums it up

Cancelled my subscription 5 days into the 7 days free trial period Primevideo then started to charge the monthly fee Have written to them talked to the UK office who gave me a German phone number which did not work and I have been hung up 2 times So now they charge me and I cannot even access the content How can a company be allowed to run with such seemingly deliberate policy Their email address stated here at Trustpilot isn t even active
