Our apartments recently changed to Principle

We recently changed to Principle from another management company The difference has been stark and in the first months of the new regime long-term residents are commenting that this is the best and most productive relationship that they have known in many years Key things that we notice include the speed of response to reports of issues the fact that we can actually get through when we call the willingness to meet residents and engage in a collaborative partnership and the willingness to share data openly None of this sounds like rocket science but other companies that have managed here haven t hit any of these markers It seems that the local nature of the company really does give them an edge Obviously we are still in the honeymoon period so we hope very much that this is the way that our relationship continues for many years These are our homes they need to be cared for properly and professionally
