Was this an easy transaction
I would by lying if I said this was the easiest piece of business I have ever conducted but the issues all stemmed from Jamalle Connolly my account manager wanting to get the best possible product for me Having supplied a few jpeg images for the product design Jamalle showed me proofs of the finished item which were clearly not ideal we eventually found an image we were both happy with and I placed the order The follow up service and continual checking that I was a happy customer at each stage was very much appreciated Overall I have been very pleased with the service received just waiting for the delivery of the items
