Our experience with this print supplier has been nothing short of frustrating We placed an order for a banner well in advance paying extra for guaranteed delivery before a major event Not only did the banner fail to arrive on time causing us significant inconvenience and missed business opportunities but the customer service response was shockingly unhelpful When we reached out to support they didn t even acknowledge their failure to deliver Instead they simply dismissed our request for assistance closed the support ticket without resolution and told us to handle it by contacting the courier ourselves This is completely unacceptable as it s the sender s responsibility not the recipient s to follow up with the courier The lack of accountability and support shows a total disregard for their customers If you need reliable service and any form of actual customer support I strongly recommend looking elsewhere This company s poor communication and refusal to resolve issues make it a risky choice for any time-sensitive or important print jobs EDIT 19 11 24If I could give 0 stars I would We had to pay 80 to pick up our order that was NEVER shipped in time for the event because they don t offer international shipping Moreover when I requested to at least get refunded the international shipment they kindly refused but to apologize they offered me a 30 coupon code Like I will ever purchase from their website again Loss of time and money WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
