The advertising for the hand held printers did NOT say they were being sold with NO ink That ink was an additional charge with taxes over 60 for just the ink

Terrible Service Printer Never Arrived and No Support
I ordered a hand printer but it never arrived Despite contacting customer service multiple times they have refused to offer any solution They stopped responding to my emails and I still haven t received a refund Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer care I would not recommend ordering from this company
