Company is easy to deal with website is effective and easy to use and despatch delivery is quick with regular updates on the order I am just an amateur but if I were a professional I would be just as happy to use ProAV to supply for my work

Despite an inventory wait from suppliers the staff at ProAV kept me fully and regularly updated on delivery schedules and as soon as the item arrived with them it was immediately dispatched by courier Can t have asked for a better all round service from them

I had never done business with ProAV previously and was somewhat hesitant to put in the order being located in Norway myself and ProAV in the UK However customer experiences from others online gave an indication that they could be relied upon I placed the order late on a Wednesday evening and the order was dispatched before noon the following day and was at my doorstep before 16 00 on Friday All in all a very pleasant experience and a company I can highly recommend

I ordered a Canon EOS R7 on the Saturday and it arrived on the Wednesday well packaged - and as a bonus it was one of the launch packs with a free EF-RF Adapter Great service and highly recommended
