As an established online art gallery we have searched for over a year to find the perfect print on demand partner for our Shopify run business After trying the big names and a range of other POD supplies who have Shopify apps we can tell you that Prodigi is the very best company to work with for art prints and smart phone cases and probably other products too but we haven t tried those yet They have excellent quick personal customer service the very best quality are easy to work with help us with specific orders and requests and even took on the work of porting our very large existing catalogue to their platform which they did in a week and with a specialist technical team to set up over 200 products with 8 variants and all the new SKU values and all the artwork set to correct sizes on their platform It is literally an amazing company and we couldn t be more impressed The latest order that was placed on our Shopify run gallery arrived at 11am and the customer received it at 10am the next day Fantastic

Prodigi is a great company Their shipping takes a while and I have had a few mess-ups with product misplacement but they have fixed it each time even when it was at the fault of the shipping company

We moved our art print business to Prodigi after an ongoing poor experience with our previous POD vendor The service at Prodigi is significantly better and we re delighted that we made the decision to move Their concierge service helped us to migrate over to their platform quickly with ease and their Shopify app is very user-friendly and intuitive making selling our prints easy The production quality is superb and turnaround times on orders are quick They are regularly introducing new products to their portfolio and asking for input from their customers to tailor their offering accordingly Their customer service team have always responded promptly to any queries I ve had and been very helpful Prices in the USA are more expensive than other POD vendors but since opening a new print facility in the USA those prices have been reduced a little which is helpful Overall we are really pleased with the service Prodigi provide to our business and look forward to growing with them
