Excellent service Emailed the company 2030 from Warminster and Sophie Ainsworth responded immediately She replied to say that they would get someone to me Sunday afternoon I emailed a local company in Warminster and to this day 5 days later no response from them Sophie got her engine to us on Sunday He was running late but still turned up at 1910 and rectified our problem Both Sophie and Brett are a major asset to Pro Drainage and I hope they are highly thought 5 stars is not enough

I called on a Saturday night to book someone in to look at my drain I was nervous because I d had a bad experience just moments before with a different company being sworn at and having abusive messages sent However the person arrived exactly on time early on a Sunday morning and was friendly and polite did the job efficiently and within a couple of hours I had the next bit of the job booked in

Very Prompt service Friendly and proactive from arrival to leaving an hour later with all problems solved Makes the previous attendees from a local rival look like amateurs The key is pro drainage really know the tricks of the trade and come equipped to solve in one visit

Excellent friendly fast service

Excellent friendly fast service Tried Pro Drainage for the first time about a week or so ago to clear a drain gully blockage no hesitation in calling them out a second time for another - but unrelated - blockage Ryan was the engineer on both occasions accompanied by his beautiful friendly dog on the first visit Ryan was friendly helpful polite at all times and had both blockages cleared in a very short space of time Good old-fashioned service at its best I must also mention the friendly helpful office staff who took my calls and arranged the visits

Drain Survey

I first used Pro Drainage to carry out a drain Survey prior to purchasing my home Survey was carried out on the agreed date and time The report was first class which included photo s and CCTV footage I have subsequently used them again when I though I might have a blocked gulley Response was prompt and all comms were excellent Wouldn t hesitate to use them again if required

Pro drainage replied to my drain emergency promptly and dealt with the initial problem straight away They clearly explained the problem having thoroughly inspected my drains with cameras They explained what need to be done to properly rectify the problem and relative costs All the staff were really helpful and friendly along the way When the work was carried out they were efficient and polite If I m honest I hope I don t have to see them again who wants overflowing drains but if I ever have a drain problem again they will get my call I highly recommend them

Big shout out for Ryan B and Charlie who did a fantastic job clearing our drains yesterday Such a quick response - I rang late morning and they arrived here in a timely manner FIVE stars is not enough They were so professional knowledgeable trustworthy and super friendly They took the murky job in their stride with good humour too Couldn t do enough for us service up and beyond the call of duty Brilliant job Highly recommend Super happy Thank you
