DON T USE THEM Goods stuck with courier so contacted through their website customer care No repsonse so 48 hours later attempt to complain again Blocked from doing so with a message that I already have an open ticket and should be patient Needless to say they were not patient in debiting my card I fear the worst -

Don t order here very bad service and try to scam you We ordered a pool table and they never delivered it we asked for money back they said NO it s with the courier and we had to chase them Whattt We said no that s not how it works they said tough We claimed on PayPal and got our money back from these scammers

PAID 665 NO DELIVERY

It took a lot of effort all registered letters came back Produce shop offices Spain Belgium and Italy but finally after 2 months Produceshop made the refund minus 26 admin costs

If I could give lower than 1 stars I would We bought a trike which when it turned up was damaged I checked the returns policy and stated on there I don t need to give a reason within 14 days Anyway due to the damage I sent them the photos They then told me that I could only have in store credit I sent them their own terms and conditions they sent back a very unprofessional email saying I need to pay the expenses of having it sent back which is fine but no need to be rude I don t have a return address and they have stopped emailing me back not sure what to do but PLEASE DONT use this company Awful

Is this a scam A table tennis table was delivered so damaged it could not be used Pictures were taken and sent to Produce shop It has been impossible to make contact with Produce Shop and have failed to respond I have now reported this company to my bank to try and obtain funds back

UPDATE Despite sounding very sorry in the message below ProduceShop flagged my review because they don t think it s based on a genuine experience Obviously I provided all the documentation but it s good to know it s the kind of company that does this Buyers bewareOrder shows up as rejected for no reason Impossible to contact the carrier BRT Leroy Merlin from which we ordered declines responsibility and says we should contact ProduceShop but unless you ordered directly from them their website does not allow to contact them Stuck in a loop very frustrated

I received an incorrect product wrong size and Produceshop does not want to bear the returning shipping costs My withdrawal is not due to the fact that I regret purchasing the product nor my decision is not discretional Produceshop has delivered to me an incorrect product You shall bear the returning shipping costs Bad experience Bad attention to client
