The first order for a beach umbrella on September 10 2023 was not completed despite the information on the ProduceShop website that the shipment was carried by a courier After the intervention the second information was that the umbrella had been sent again on September 19 2023 and until today October 1 2023 the shipment had not arrived On the ProduceShop page there is information that the courier is on its way and will probably not arrive The cost of the umbrella is PLN 165 00 I wonder if this is a thief company Maybe someone from ProduceShop can explain what s next with this shipment

Ordered a make-up table - arrived totally damaged

Ordered a make-up table it arrived hopelessly damaged almost every single part of it is chipped or scratched Tried to fill out a return on their website - they make it insanely difficult You get a server error after you upload photos which does not explain what the problem is Without photos you cannot go further Do not trust them I am starting to think it is a big scam Update see their comment It has been 2 days noone tried to contact me regarding the matter in any way The claim option on their website still does not work Update they asked me to provide photos of all damaged parts and of the box from different angles I did they told me the photos are unsuitable no explanation why This has been dragging for almost a month now - no refund the box is still sitting in my living room

I was supposed to receive my order

I was supposed to receive my order 5days ago but I didn t and as I m reading lots of reviews there s no doubt that the most of it is negative reviews There is no way of contacting them no email or phone because they did not give any contact information I ve read some reviews that they say after that they wrote a review they got an email from them I really hope to get a reaction from them so I can find if I will ever get my order or my money back

Buying at Produceshop was the worst

Buying at Produceshop was the worst online experience I have ever had I wouldn t recommend it to my worst enemy really superficial It s more like a scam than a shop I bought black tv furniture and received it black and white and they had me take pictures post videos and answer silly questions I did everything they asked but they don t answer messages they don t respect uniforms they are the worst company and I don t recommend doing business with them You lost 835 euros They are scammers and very tired

I ordered a make up table with mirror on this site The package arrived to me like it gone through a hurricane A lot of the parts are damaged probably soaked Plus the instruction that came with it needs magnifying glass and 10 years to follow Customer service offered 25 voucher from the price of the trash i received round 190 euro if i don t return it If i want it to return it should be in good condition in it s original packaging not reuseable because of damage and the shipping to Italy at my expense Seems like this company is owned by some Maffia s Be careful with this site

No response on complaint

All review responses are about to contact your customer service directly so you will be able to solve our problems Well I ve been trying every day and no one responds to the opened ticket that I have Why are you ignoring a claim that you have already picked up at first I want a direct response ASAP to my complaint 3122078 as I need further details for sending the parcel back e g contact name and number - large parcel 30kg very few companies are willing to handle it so more details are needed If you are suggesting to get in touch with you at least tell us how if not through the official way
