I bought a panel heater from Currys online on 12th Nov 24 with a promised delivery in 5 days After 5 days i rang Currys again with a promise of an email that day re the delivery - no email I rang again -roughly the same answer only this time for me to perhaps try Russell Hobbs Co So i rang them spoke to a lovely lady called Jane in Product Care Customer Services she said to leave the matter with her She emailed me within 24 hours withing 48 hours my Heater was delivered to my home Thank you Jane from Product Care Customer Services at Russell Hobbs a sincerely lovely person very professional polite and the most helpful

The whole process was excellent
The whole process was excellent I received a message in the morning with a time slot and tracking info where the driver was along the route We were lucky to have our washing machine delivered and installed by your technician Carmichael he was very professional friendly and a top bloke a real credit to your company

This very nice guy Turned up on time Very impressed with his knowledge he installed the machine Correctly he informed me of a small leak which was nothing to do with the washing machine connections which l fixed he was a very clean worker cleared up afterwards just a top man FLORIN P PS HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE

Excellent installation professional job
My new Miele WEI865 WCS washing machine and TEL785 WP tumble dryer were installed today by Michael and Marcel As a stacked installation in a relatively small utility the guys did a fantastic job taking great care with the new machines whilst removing the old Miele appliances I also had enough time to clean the floor area thoroughly which was much appreciated They were very approachable listened to my requests about positioning and levelling and really did a professional job I couldn t be happier with the Product Care Ltd service Many thanks

Had our new washing machine delivered and installed by Mike D yesterday Kept me updated on the delivery with a courtesy call 25 minutes prior to arriving fitted took away our old machine and cleaned up after himself It wasn t an easy fit due to our small kitchen and Mike took it in his stride Thank you
