I have bought a license key for Windows Installed fresh new then began activating - and it showed error I was angry like damn it they have sold an invalid key or someone else stole it on a way But restarting the PC helped - after it the key was accepted and Windows got activated I guess it was some kind of updates prohibiting acceptance of the key
