I can t argue about the tutorials
I can t argue about the tutorials they really have some great tutorials but if you need any customer support you can forget about it I had a monthly membership and i cancelled my renewal for the next month 10 days prior to ending of my contract But instantly i was kicked out of the site and couldn t log in again so my contract was ended 10 days before which i had already paid I wrote complains every possible way available on their website but i didn t get any reply before 1 week and when i got it it wad not relevant to my complain at all i explained everything on my messages but their reply was simply like we care about our customers please let us know about your problem kinda thing At this moment i got only three days to end my paid contract i told them again they already wasted 7 days from my paid days so i want rhem to compansate it you know what they did gave me access again but also activate the renewal so 3 days later i noticed i paid again for a new month I don t care what kind of tutorials they have but i will never ever fill the pockets of careless people so I m not going back to them ever again CreativeLive com is way more professional then them

Downloading the whole video is painful
I think the course content is excellent but viewing it is a different matter I expected to get online access via an account but instead you just get to download the videos which if fine but it is so slow The download speed varies from really slow to quite quick and spikes all the time so your download times are all over the place I had a lot of network dropouts too so had to go back and start over Way too long to simply get to view the content Downloading literally took hours and hours Just too hard

I wouldn t recommend this to anyone fond of photography
A few tutorials are great while others are so bad to the point I didn t renew my subscription because of lack of quality contents Customers are managed by a guy who is not even a photographer who acts like he is the boss and delivers the worst customer service ever due to the fact that he is too full of himself and takes constructive criticism as a personal attack The community aspect of the platform is basically non existent You just have to always give only positive feedback because otherwise your support to younger photographers who want to learn is taken offensive by the company owner Anyone who does not comply is treated like he she is a bad person per se without considering the fact that feedback can t simply always be like amazing shoot or I love what you did here

Awful platform targeting photographers but teaching CGI Support is non existent to the point if feels like a scam platform Stay away from this Edit the reply to this review is full of lies Nothing of it has ever happened That s crazy

Warning warning
Warning warning STAY AWAY OF THIS FRAUD WEBSITE If you sign up and when you check out its written in very small wording that its 12 months contract You will be stuck with them for 12 months and I think they are ripping off people for few courses which is not acceptable and not worth paying for 12 months They don t even know what photographers need and what they are teaching Most of the time their stuff you will need to buy it separately they don t give you free in pro plan Once you are stuck with them then you are with them for 12 months You can t do anything about it So better save your money and look elsewhere

Having one of the worst experiences
Having one of the worst experiences ever as a customer after being a loyal customer for years Customer service is appalling and barely communicate I have lost a lot of money on their platform but they don t care Apart from over charging me for several years whilst simultaneously unable to access the platform when queried they avoided responding then finally when they did just terminated my account with no reason I explained I wanted to resolve the issue amicably so they closed my account down instead of finding a fair resolution Uk law is challenging to navigate when it comes to online platforms and legal issues but we re working on it

Subscribed for a 7-day trial last weekend Until now the content has not been unlocked Support is unresponsive and I bet the only thing that works is the auto-renewal In my eyes this platform is more like a scam

Asked not to renew but they took 299 anyway and will not respond to multiple emails trying to get my money back I have now had to seek legal action to recover the funds they took from my card
