Do not shop here
Do not shop here I placed an order on 24th of October and paid by bank transfer the same day As this was a Thursday and the transfer is a SEPA transfer they have the money next day on the 25th For good measure I write to the info email stating I have transferred the money and a picture of the transfer receipt and request that they get back to me once the money has arrived As I do not hear from them the next day either I then forward the email to volker schlecht and ulrike kurz directly via the emails mentioned in the contact section of the website Still no reply as of 30th of October I also on the 29th of October submit a message via the contact form on the website just in case something is wrong with their other emails which is weird that 4 of them wouldn t be working still no reply In the end I have to submit a police report as well as contact their bank in order to try and recover my funds

High quality at high speed
I love how solid the product feels and that wallscrews and anchors are included in the kit It was delivered very quickly and when I mailed them with questions before ordering they were quick to reply If I have one complaint it s something that it s possible that I misunderstood myself as I don t speak german The measurements of the wall attackments list height width and depth of the attachment but when we got it the width turned out to be for the width between the screws not the attachment block That means it s sticking out about 1cm on both sides where I intend to put it But since it s a good and solid material I can at least trim it to size
